Handmade just for you!

All of our products are handmade to order, meaning the item is only created once you have placed your bespoke order, so we don't ever overproduce stock and materials are never wasted.

Lifetime Warranty 

We offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs and functional damages. Each piece is handmade to order so we are therefor unable to replace the item, however we will try our best to repair it. This means if there's a functional damage which prevents you using the product, we will fix it for you free of charge. This includes all stitching, zips, metalwork, and handles of our Leather-Goods and Home Products. We do not cover related costs such as shipping. We’ll assess the item and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Please note, this warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials and everyday wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. Each product comes with it's own warranty card, please keep it in a safe place.

Maintenance & Care

All the products are individual and with a little care you can maintain the beauty and lustre of your piece. Each piece has it's own unique characteristics, the leathers and materials will naturally age a little over time.  We recommend avoiding water, chemicals, abrasives and oils. You can apply a leather protectant to protect against liquids and dirt. The copper and metal components will age slightly in colour, this is the natural process of the material. If you want to keep the shiny finish on the copper, we advise using a metal polish with a soft cloth.

Why are items not in stock?

Each product is made-to-order, meaning the item is only handcrafted once you have placed your bespoke order. We don't ever overproduce stock and materials are never wasted. Some products have longer wait times than others due to the complexity of the piece, before ordering please check the products description to see how long the handcrafted production time is.

How can I pay?

At the moment we only accept PayPal payments. Cardholders are subject to validation checks through the PayPal site. 

Alternatively if you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us at info@ksstudios.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

How long does delivery take?

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping via UPS. Once your package has been dispatched from our studio,  we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code or you can track your order on your members page.

Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds as each piece is handcrafted to order. We do offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs and functional damages on all of our products.

The colours look different on screen?

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your screen and monitor. If you would like an exact colour match please email us and we can send you a small swatch of the leather.

My item is broken, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the damage and discuss repair options with you.

If the product is taking a little longer to be handcrafted than expected please bear with us as we are a small label with just one crafter. We try our best to have the items made on time, we will keep you regularly updated on the status of your order.
