An email confirmation will be sent to you once you have placed your order

including a given date on when your item(s) will be dispatched.

Please note all of our products are made-to-order, we require full payment before the product is made.

As soon as your item(s) are ready, we will dispatch your package with a selected parcel company.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email and a signature may be required upon receipt.

 For UK orders items will be sent with Royal Mail.

 Rest of World orders will be sent by UPS.

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds as each piece is handcrafted to order. We do offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs and functional damages on all of our products.
