As soon as your item(s) are have been handcrafted, we will dispatch your package with UPS. A tracking number will be sent to you by email and a signature may be required upon receipt. 

United Kingdom - 2-3 days 

Rest of World - 4-7 days

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds as each piece is handcrafted to order. We do offer a lifetime warranty covering repairs and functional damages on all of our products.
